Lizette Daluz is a comic artist and software engineer from Biñan, Laguna, currently based in Mandaluyong City. She likes to read and make slice-of-life comics during her spare time.

Her journey as a comic artist began with The Manila Collegian, where she captured the struggles of student life through her comics. In 2017, she self-published her first comic, Talumpati, and launched the webcomic Ang Hari ng Komyut on Facebook. This series, inspired by her experiences as a daily commuter since her student days, delves into the humor and challenges of navigating public transport. Later that year, Ang Hari ng Komyut was published by Anino Comics and received recognition as one of 2016-2017’s Best Reads for Kids at the 2018 National Children’s Book Awards.

Today, Lizette continues to share her comics on Instagram, where she blends humor with introspection, transforming everyday experiences into relatable and meaningful stories. Her art style balances wit and harsh realities, often highlighting the unexpected humor in life’s mundane moments.
